I spent my working hours, fretting over my project tonight and drafting my script. I felt all anxious and regretted that I spent my waking hours, wandering in Orchard and indulging in gluttony.
When I saw my group mates, I was in jitters. I suspected that my bad performance might affect my partner who seemed so calm and composed.
Me to my "编剧": 我会不会把她拖下水?
"编剧" to me: 你要相信她会把你拉上岸!
Every group member remained so cool, except me!
At the end of our show, a classmate asked my partner and I whether we are locals (Singaporeans). My partner is a Chinese, and I reaffirmed him that I am Singaporean.
He commented that my Mandarin sounds different, and he ensured me that he means it sounded nice.
Yippee!
