The little colour flags in Outlook look pretty adorable.
Once I started colour flagging my emails, I couldn't stop. It was supposed to help track what to follow up. Heck, my inbox is a sea of coloured flags (I couldn't even remember which colour was for what purpose).
Cluttered.
