flare up

When work is dealt with professionally and objectively, you earn more credits with your colleagues/bosses.

When working with colleagues much older and wiser, you get to learn plenty of soft skills which are invaluable lessons in life. I remind myself and try to stick to the general pointers I came across.

There just has to be a breaking point somewhere. When I keep going in circles to get a task/agenda completed, when responsibility/ownership of the task/agenda is volleyed back to me, when the other party keeps pulling me back to the starting point, when the end seems bleak... When I tried countless times to progress and the other party just act as a non value-adding "forwarder" (as in email forwarded)...

There is only so much I can want to take. Unfortunately (for her), with my amount of credibility earned, she easily gets the blame when such incidents are made known. Its never about me versus her, its about getting work done. Some folks just don't see things that way.

Its never work that is tough but its the people.
