Insomnia

I am losing sleep over the most silly reason possible.

Since I had been having light dinner (i.e. cereals or cake) for the past few nights, tonight's steamboat dinner has taken its toil on my digestive system. I can feel my internal organs in great discomfort and working way too hard at such late hours.

I totally understand why doctors advise eating in moderation. In fact, living (eat, drink, sleep...) in moderation is ideal. Plus, it helps to even out your time spent on each activity. Imagine tonight, I spent an additional 2 hours eating and 3 hours less sleeping!
