Lovely party

The Christmas party this year is set on Christmas day itself instead of Christmas eve. While at home, my parents kept themselves busy, brainstorming their contributions to the party. Last year, I did the beverage and a large portion of it ended up on JJ's kitchen floor. This year, I decided to take a break and declared plain water as the ultimate healthy beverage.

I realised that I am still a long way from being patient and loving, and I am apologetic for my quick temper and harsh words.

It was good to see Mimi again. Now, it became an annual affair. She could tell that its Christmas party time as she barked when she saw JJ and I. She was highly excited and jumped around. She has gained weight and its official that she's overweight!

Since I couldn't be a healthy eater, I made Mimi one. I only fed her with carrot, apple and pineapple. She had some fun with the new basketball but seemed terrified of it.

Its our third Christmas party at JJ's place and its blissful to enjoy some home cooked food as one big extended family. With experience from the last two gatherings, the food portion had been significantly reduced and there were much less leftovers. Else, JJ and ah Le have to eat the same food for the next few days.

I still enjoyed Christmas though there was no present this year (no more Tiffany's). My parents and I gave JJ and ah Le something from our house as Christmas present, or more like, we happened to pass it to them during Christmas. Heck, I don't need occasions to buy them gifts.
