seeing off

AL and JJ were catching a flight to their holiday destination today. Since I didn't have any commitment on hand, I volunteered to fetch them to airport. Initially, they declined but eventually, the option was too tempting.

The amusing thing was that they ended up topping Turtle's petrol (I left my credit card at home, unintentionally). I guessed they could have saved more by taking a cab. They treated me to lunch at Crystal Jade since we realised there was no foodcourt other than the staff canteen (and JJ insisted that she was looking for a foodcourt and not the canteen).

When I take flights, the last (before I fly off to foreign land) and first (when I land back home) people I would love to see would be my loved ones. For my infinite work trips, my parents usually see me off at the airport and pick me up when I return. AL and JJ would join them when its off working hours.

I will be picking them up when they return from their holidays!

I suspect the afternoon sun has once again, caused much damage to my well-being. I was suffering from a severe headache since I got back. I happened to see KH on MSN (after not seeing him for so long) and chatted with him for a while.

He actually appeared at my doorstep (like a Genie) with a bottle of herbal tea for me. What have I done to deserve such a thoughtful soul as my friend?!!
