Just a few days ago, I got a sad news that a friend's sister had a miscarriage and lost her baby.
A few weeks back, she was happily announcing the pregnancy news to me and I shared her joy. It was thrilling to be expecting a sibling for her 5 year old nephew. It was delightful to learn about an upcoming family member and a new life to this world.
This afternoon, I went to LC's place as it was her baby boy's first month. I saw her tiny baby and recalled the time when I first heard about her third pregnancy. Each time I "caught" her binging at the pantry, I would be smiling at her.
Life and death are so close to me.
