Endless tea

The girls were fashionable (-ly late) and the guys were even more fashionable. I almost thought they were not making an appearance.

Why Ah Teng's? I love alfresco places (its semi alfresco) and the location is right smack at where human traffic is. It would have been an accessible spot. Truth be it that I had happy memories hanging out there and I have a weakness for nostalgia.

Anyway, the eventual venue was Bakerzin at Millenium Walk (courtesy of Jan's suggestion). The food there was a-okay, I thought it was more fabulous before the groundless name switch. That place is quite a walk by public transport but that works out to be a good spot for a more intimate get-together. A crowded place would mean more distraction.

Never a believer of villager gathering, and a turn out of eight would definitely qualify it as one under my definition. With the girls (okay, and two guys), anything is fine with me.

Nothing beats sixteen/seventeen (majority. It depends who is the reference point.) years of friendship. Tea easily morphs into dinner.
