Expectation Management

This (I mean work) is like a marketing world. Most of the time, marketing theories is applicable at work and probably gives you a head start.

Its never about doing work that bosses demand/request, its about preempting their demands/requests and then deliver straight away when they asked for it. Better still, deliver without them having to ask.

The drop in expectation is when bosses asked and had to wait to get what they need/want.

This management might be too overwhelming for the worker (work to their death). Then again, who ever says work was easy.

Another public holiday sacrificed in return for a very happy boss.
