A simple form on the website did the trick. Staff from the repair shop came to pick up my luggage and sent it back to me today.

*WOW*

It looks as good as new newer than new. I don't recall it being so new initially. It looks totally rejuvenated, as though it has gone for a relaxing spa session and some major plastic surgery, all ready and prepared to serve me for another ten good years.

Hmm... I think I need that as well.
