PQ and I are such serious concert goers (serious since we paid good money for the tickets) that we decided to practise 静茹's songs before her actual concert. It was more like an excuse for us to croon our hearts out after a week of hard work.
In the end, I think we sang almost all her songs which we could possibly managed and existed in the karaoke system. Other than that, it was many other songs which we fancied. I am always thankful for friends who could endure my singing. Of course, laughing at me is fun as well (as JJ would).
It was chilly as I stood at the bus-stop awaiting PQ's arrival. The weather reminded me my winters overseas which was unbearable then. The training probably did me good and improved my coldness intolerance.
As we were walking down the road after the session, the coldness was felt once again. It got to a point when I couldn't help but asked...
Me: Is it going to be winter in Singapore? Its so cold.
PQ: Maybe, it will start to snow!
Me: Wah! It probably means end of the world is approaching.
PQ: If that's the case, I will sing "雪人" (Mavis Fan).
Me: Oh! That's so festive. I will sing "末日之恋" (melancholic!)
For this reason, I am not ready for end of the world to be here 'coz I could barely sing the first verse and the chorus.
